      I hope my football manager strategy (demanding) is not counter-productive but I can’t help being annoyed that nearly 1 500 get all our work emailed to them everyday for months on end, thousands see the social media posts, and 99% not even offer £1.

    I donated yesterday and seeing you on The Scotland Channel confirmed it was the right thing to do. However, I really believe the sub stack? format is holding you back. It’s kind of old school and clunky for me. Although I read all of your TuS news I can lose my replies all too easily so I give up. I’ve no idea how to change my name from “anonymous” either. Is it an academics / journalists format? Anyway, the content is always excellent so I keep at it. Thanks for doing so much hard work to counter the BS circulated by press and tv propaganda units.     I’m a fairly avid reader of your content and admire your work greatly. Sorry to say I have never contributed but aim to change that since your ceasing operations would be a great loss. However, I don’t “do” X or crowdfunders – can I make a contribution directly or via Paypal instead?
