Just looking at reports from the Police Scotland news pages for 2024 and 2025 (there many before going back to 2019), these reports explicitly referring to England or to English cities, have been ignored by BBC Scotland, STV and the so-called ‘quality’ (don’t laugh) press:

Following on from the above if it wasn’t so damaging to the Scottish psyche the level of deceit by the English media is almost now reaching comical heights. A small but fairly typical example in yesterday’s national news was classed as the ‘Scottish Tea scam’ where an obvious Englishman Thomas Robinson (according to his accent apologies if not) was snown in the caption as his alias ‘Tam O’Braan’ as if to crudely disguise his true identity. After all as we all know it couldn’t possible be an Englishman to perpetrate such a devious fraud like this. Aye right.

There have allegedly been three drug deaths in the last week in central Edinburgh due to heroin mixed with fentanyl.
All young people.
Rumoured to be supplied from gangs operating out of Birmingham.
