Why Talking-up Scotland cannot leave Facebook or X/Twitter

From the above in the TuS Stats page for 2025 so far, you’ll see that far more folk still come to TuS posts from Facebook and from Twitter (X) than from any other platform. Bluesky, which friends urged me to join, is still very far behind.

A particular thanks to Wee Ginger Dug for the strongest support of any other pro-independence blog.

  1. I find your posts interesting & often like to share on Twitter/X to broaden the audience. However, lately I’m finding it difficult to share on Twitter/X. Can anyone advise why that might be?

  2. You provide the best media watchdog service we have. Without you the relentless lies of the MSM would completely hypnotise the public. Well done!

  3. Now there is funding for extra support. Readership could go up. Expanding. Well done. Excellent analysis. Great statistics.

Some posts do not register. People might not post so much. People often like to read the comments.

  4. My ‘X’ account was suspended a few months ago, oviously some yoons hated what I was sharing re Scottish independence, (certainly did not post anything offensive) I could not get it reinstated or even delete the account which is worrying. I have switched to Bluseky, but don’t see much Scottish indy stuff there… 😦

  5. I see today the EngGovs’ ‘online safety act’ kicks in! It would appear they intend shutting down websites they do not like and, have now free reign to spy on anyone in their UKnotOK!
