On his Conservative Party website, a GP in scrubs and with an out-of-date but sexy (?) stethoscope, trying to look like he works in A&E – I’m sick. Get me a doctor! No, not him. A real one.

Twitter-pal of Gulhane, part-time GP, full-time activist for the Union, Dr Iain Findlay, posing so hard, I nearly fell of my seat and now have that winter-vomiting thing.

Here he is again, with his best ‘I’m listening’ face on, but thinking ‘The Rangers should have had that penalty.’

They do love to look heroic, these defenders of the Union.

  1. Double-jobbing Gulhane gets away with hucksterism on the pages of our “Imperial” Brit Nat press (remember with they claimed neutrality?) who treat Scots as idiots.

    Best ignored, and hope their declining sales will bring Editorial honesty.

I’ve appealed there decision in a different way than last time and asked for a review as I pointed out your posts are backed up with verifiable facts – I’m convinced they don’t open the post they just look at the titles

    Well apparently yes they do, but they are not alone in this false assumption.

    As it has been reported that Rupert Lowe, a newly elected Reform UK MP has called “Scottish devolution a scam and says it should be reversed”.

    He thinks he’s an expert on scams based allegedly on the party that he represents.

    Say no more.

    I have to assume that the MP Rupert Lowe of the Reform UK party is from a different Reform UK party to the one that intends to stand candidates in the 2026 Scottish elections for the Scottish devolved parliament as it would be extremely mental and duplicitous if it were the same party Ha Ha.

    I jest of course as it is the same party , so it is mental and duplicitous of him.

    So perhaps any Reform UK party 2026 candidates in Scotland will be expected to stand as candidates for the Reform UK party on the basis that Scottish devolution is a “scam” and so should be reversed and so the Scottish parliament should be shut down ????

    I wonder what’s his, Rupert’s , opinion on Welsh & NI devolution or is that not as significant to him.

    Rupert is a multi-millionaire who was previously a Brexit party MEP in another parliament that he also thought was a “scam”.

    ( I sense a pattern here with Rupert, which may indicate it seems to be more of a problem with Rupert than with the actual parliaments that he criticises, I mean who the Hell would stand as a candidate, or have candidates from your party stand in a parliament that you thought should be shut down and also was a scam, well I guess that scenario perfectly fits both Farage’s former Brexit party and also now his latest ‘new’ party the Reform UK party Ha Ha ).

    Rupert was educated at Radley College an all boys independent boarding School , he worked in the “City” for an investment bank and a Merchant bank which is a perfect foundation for his new role as the new MP for Great Yarmouth (or not – see below **)

    Rupert won the Great Yarmouth MP seat in the 2024 GE in gaining 35.3% of the vote.

    **According to the ONS, Great Yarmouth is ranked the 32nd most income-deprived area of England with a third of the town’s neighbourhoods among the most deprived, so Rupert seems like the most appropriate MP that they , as a town, could elect to represent them.

    It was reported in October 2024 that **“Great Yarmouth risks being left behind” but no worries Rupert is on the job (Not) in him ,as their new MP, now declaring “Scottish devolution is a scam” which will, I am sure , change the focus onto Great Yarmouth and also change the fortunes of Great Yarmouth, which is NOT in Scotland and so has nowt to do with Scottish devolution.

    Apparently he , Rupert, regards Oliver Cromwell as “his hero as he was “a great guy, a great leader – he stood up for what he believed in” and I am sure Cromwell would have also considered Scottish devolution a scam and that it should be reversed too Ha Ha

    So if you know anyone who may be considering voting for Reform UK party in 2026 , God forbid, then if they are doing so because they want extreme “Change” then tell them that the extreme “Change” Reform UK support is a quest to totally destroy Scottish devolution , so that we in Scotland can then suffer all of the hardships suffered by English people , who have to endure policies from the UK government and the UK parliament. (and are represented by distracted and clueless MP’s like Rupert).

    Rupert has gone rogue, not in having a different opinion from all of the rest of Reform UK party on Scottish devolution , but for going public in his opinion on Scottish devolution prior to the 2026 Scottish elections for the Scottish devolved parliament.

    The SNP need to seize this comment and refer to it later , in what will be, I am sure, election debates which will include various candidates of reform UK party in Scotland for the 2026 Scottish elections (for the devolved parliament)

    It’s akin to the line from the film “The Italian Job” as in “you were only meant to blow the bloody doors off” kind of thing Ha Ha.

    Rupert has now hopefully helped to blow the election chances for his fake party in the 2026 Scottish elections Ha Bloody Ha.

  11. £22Billion more funding for NHS next year. More jobs. £2Billion more in Scotland? £18Billion SNHS.

    independent Scotland could get rid of Trident and redundant weaponry. A danger to Scotland. Stop tax evasion. Rejoin EU. Brexit lost £Billions. In grants, loans and CAP payments. Scotland would be much better off.

    Eradicate poverty. Build more affordable homes and schools. Instead of empty shops and offices. Cheaper fuel and energy. Scotland in surplus and nearer the source.

    Abused women need legal aid to get away. £250million funding total abstinence rehab facilities, over five years. Reinstate the winter fuel payment for pensioners. Better pensions, instead of benefits and administration costs.
