From AberdeenLive last night but nowhere on BBC Scotland’s North East website where possible bin strikes dominate:
A county lines drugs duo were snared after one of them spoke to police while smoking cannabis. Jahvid Frith and Tyrone Sealey had based themselves at a flat in Aberdeen having travelled from England. Prosecutor Paul Kearney KC said officers were on patrol at the high-rise block in the city’s Marischal Court early on February 22 2023.
Prosecutor Paul Kearney KC said officers were on patrol at the high-rise block in the city’s Marischal Court early on February 22 2023. The advocate depute said police believed it had “all the hallmarks” of a County Lines drug dealing operation. Firth and Sealey are from Birmingham and Leeds respectively.
Mr Kearney said the English cities are “recognised source areas” for drugs that are sold in the north-east of Scotland.
BBC Scotland are not interested in English gangs fuelling Aberdeen’s drug deaths but are interested in the deaths
A public health warning has been issued in Aberdeen after at least 10 suspected drugs deaths were recorded in the city this month. It is more than twice the monthly average of four drugs deaths recorded in Aberdeen last year.

Could BBC Scotland be in the pockets of the English County Line Drug Lords???

Doubt it but it’s very convenient to have a situation in Scotland, (as with other English rule and their legacy of neglect, and nil investment in Scotland for the betterment of the people) where the SNP governments’ work in starting to repair the long term, atrocious damage to Scotland is held back, thwarted and even reversed. It’s by design and will be used as anti SNP tool in the next two years in order to portray the Scottish SNP government as incompetent etc. Most people have no idea about the scourge of English drugs gangs operating in Scotland and the EngBBC et al, intend to keep it that way.
I would know nothing about this if it wasn’t for John’s TUS blog, even if I did subscribe to the BBC TV tax and watch their propaganda.

Given the increase in drugs related deaths in Aberdeen around the time of the arrest, I would have expected BBC Scotland to have leapt droolingly on to the story.

SOME body high up at BBC Scotland (so probably somebody from England) must be profiting from this cross border trade. No other explanation makes sense after such a long and determined effort to look the other way! Maybe time polis Scotland visited the board room at Pacific Quay with sniffer dogs.

Aberdeen NE needs a proper, total abstinence, rehab facility. The Scottish Gov is funding proper rehab facilities £250 million over five years. They have opened in the Borders and Dundee. Now they need to get one established in Aberdeen NE. People can be referred to other places but it needs more local facilities. There was one but it shut down. It was difficult get public funding and referrals. Grampian was the only Health Board in Scotland that did not fund primary care for alcohol & drug abuse. It had to be funded privately and can be very expensive. Now more people are now being referred. Private healthcare can fund care. To make people well.
More younger people are going for help. AA & NA can help. Peterhead was targeted by drug dealers from the south. Bored young men with time on their hands. Affluent. Fishing, Oil & Gas. Higher income brackets.
The unionist councils need to stop social care services advocating putting people on methadone for years, instead of referring them to proper, total abstinence, rehab facilities. All the drug deaths in Scotland are related to people being prescribed methadone and then taking other substances. Methadone is more deadly than heroin. The drug of choice for many users is ketamine and cocaine.
Police often know who the dealers are but leave them to try to catch the kingpins. They should arrest all dealers to keep use in check. People should be in proper, total abstinence, rehab facilities rather than prison. More affective, less deadly and less costly.

On the Scottish Politics page
7th story “Big rise in antisemitic incidents in UK – charity”
Click on story and it comes up as part of the ‘UK’ page.
Go to UK page to see article and I cannot see this story as an article on there.
Story also not on UK politics page
Story also not on Welsh politics page.
So if the headline is “Big rise in antisemitic incidents in UK – charity” then why is this story only currently showing as a main article on the Scottish politics page ?
So I checked the content of this article to see where they noted these incidents were happening within the UK as assumed they had established a ‘Scottish’ connection.
The content of the article included only these places in the UK:
“Some 1,037 of the recorded antisemitic incidents were in Greater London“
“411 in Barnet – the local authority home to the biggest Jewish community in the UK”
“The region with the second highest number of recorded antisemitic incidents was Greater Manchester with 268, followed by West Yorkshire with 115″.
Labour Home Secretary Yvette Cooper described the figures as “truly appalling”.
She added: “There is no place in Britain for this vile hatred and we are absolutely clear that those who push this poison – on the streets or online – must always face the full force of the law.”
Shadow Home Secretary James Cleverly said “”It can never be right British Jews could be concerned for their safety on the streets of modern Britain.”
The BBC article also noted this:
“Across the UK, the CST recorded 121 incidents of assault in the first six months of the year, an increase of 41% in the same period last year”.
Strange this article should be showing on the Scottish Politics page as in the content not one Scottish city or town is mentioned as having a problem or incidents reported in respect to antisemitic occurrences.
And no this is not me assuming ‘Scottish exceptionalism’ this is me highlighting that this is an article on the BBC website , currently showing as the 7th article on the Scottish Politics page, that states there is a problem within the UK yet the only places within the UK that are mentioned with this problem are in England. Yet the article frames it as a UK wide problem. (as were recent riots also framed as UK wide)
We also see Yvette Cooper the Labour Home Secretary once again, as she did with the recent riots, refer to this as within “Britain” and Tory James Cleverly also referred to this as pertaining to “Britain”.
Who are the BBC employing within their social media department as currently they, like other media, seem to be blaming most of the recent rioting events in England as a case of some sharing misinformation via social media.
Yet they themselves, with this “antisemitic” story, are also trying to deceive us in framing this as a UK wide problem yet seemingly only displaying this article on the Scottish Politics page !
