This fascinating but deeply disturbing story, in the form of draft speech, of what many of us suspect is only typical of the historical behaviour of the UK establishment and still present today in the chilling image of Sir Keir Starmer, was passed to me by Allan Dorans, a former Detective Inspector in the Metropolitan Police and now the Member of Parliament for Ayr, Carrick and Cumnock, with permission to publish and to share it widely.
I hope that you too will share it even more widely.
Good morning former colleagues and friends.
It is wonderful to see such a large number of serving and retired Police officers and others gathered here today in memory of Yvonne and in support of John and the campaign for justice for Yvonne.
I am proud to say that I have known John Murray for 52 years since we joined the Metropolitan Police Cadet Corps on the same day– the 9th of January 1972. Both being from Scotland, we became great friends before we went our separate ways to pursue our respective careers in the Metropolitan Police.
In January 2020 just after I was unexpectedly and unintentionally elected as a Member of Parliament, John contacted me to ask if there was any way I could help with the campaign for Justice for Yvonne in Parliament,
I immediately said yes and for the last four years have done so relentlessly at every possible opportunity.
Having done so, I can say unequivocally and without hesitation that the Government are not our friend or willing to help in this Campaign in any way.
In 1984 immediately following the murder of Yvonne the then Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher commissioned an investigation into the circumstance leading up to the murder.
The investigation was carried out by a highly respected senior Civil Servant Sir Antony Duff and a report known as the Duff Report was delivered to Margaret Thatcher and presented to the Cabinet. The outcome of that investigation and report have never been made public.
In 2015, Saleh Mabrouk, a highly significant major suspect of involvement in Yvonnes murder, was arrested and interviewed in connection with the murder.
In 2017 the Crown Prosecution Service announced that there would be no criminal, prosecution of Mabrouk as a result of the Government refusing to allow certain evidence to be released to them on the grounds on National Security.
Since then, I have raised the murder of Yvonne at Prime Ministers Questions twice, once with Boris Johnson and subsequently with Rishi Sunak and met formally. with both.
I met with Boris Johnson in September 2020 to see how we could take the investigation into Yvonne’s murder forward.
Amongst a number of questions which I asked on whether he would order a public enquiry in to the murder of Yvonne and without hesitation he said, No.
I then asked him if he would review the evidence withheld by the Government from the Crown Prosecution Service in 2017 to see if it could now be safely released, He said he would. He didn’t! and he completely misrepresented the questions which I had asked him. He lied!
In February 2022, I led an Adjournment Debate in the chamber of the House of Commons entitled ‘The murder of WPC Yvonne Fletcher in 1984. During the debate I asked the Government Minister for Policing several questions in relation to Saleh Mabrouk and the release of the withheld information.
The Adjournment Debate and the response given on behalf of the Government by the Minister, did not progress this campaign in any way.
In November 2022 John won an outstanding victory in the High Court where the Mabrouk was found by a senior High Court Judge who said “ I am satisfied that on the balance of probabilities the defendant”— Saleh Mabrouk— “is jointly liable for the shooting of WPC Yvonne Fletcher on the doctrine of common design.”
Despite that there has been no action on behalf of the Government to reinvestigate or prosecute Mabrouk in a Criminal Court.
In May 2023 in response to a further PMQ about the murder of Yvonne, I met with the current Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.
I asked him several pre prepared questions and specifically about the release of the Duff Report and for a review of the evidence with was withheld by the Government from the Crown Prosecution Service in 2017.
The written response received from the Prime Minister stated that the Duff Report is not publicly available, and that the Government were unable to comment on the evidence withheld in 2017
I have also submitted two Early Day Motions in relation to the murder of Yvonne requesting MPs to sign the EDM in support of the campaign for Justice for Yvonne. Apart from a few English MPs and a number of SNP MPs very few have signified their support.
Following the publication of the second Early Day Motion in February this year I asked through the Justice for Yvonne Facebook page if members of that group would write to their MPs asking them to show their support for the Campaign by signing the EDM.
I know that a significant number of people in this group, many of whom are here today did so, and that most received bland, cut and pasted non-committal responses. Many have not received a response. Not one additional MP has signed that Early Day Motion.
As recently as last month, I submitted three formal written parliamentary question to the Home Office in relation to the release of the Duff Report.
The Government have again refused to release that Report.
In conclusion, in my opinion there is a widespread conspiracy of silence and non-co-operation by this
Government relating to the release of information surrounding the murder of Yvonne.
I suspect that the information contained in the Duff Report withheld since1984 under the cloak of secrecy and the evidence against Saleh Mabrouk not being released in 2017 on the grounds of national security will highlight failings and will be of embarrassment to successive Government and Government agencies.
I also strongly believe that when this information is finally released, it will reveal Government incompetence, corruption and collusion in their dealings with Libya and other countries and individuals including the protection of terrorists and the people who murdered Yvonne and ultimately the betrayal of Yvonne and all Police Officers, past and present.
For further evidence of this, if you have not already done so, please read the outstanding book ‘No Ordinary Day’ by Matt Johnson and John Murray which tells the true story behind Yvonne’s murder.
Regrettably despite my best efforts and those of John and Matthew Jury of McCue & Co and other members of the campaign for Justice for Yvonne, we are regrettably no further forward in obtaining information from this Government.
However, I will be continuing the campaign with the new Government following the General Election.
The process of initiating a private prosecution by John of Saleh Mabrouk in a criminal court is progressing well and with your continuing support will happen very soon.
Let us today send a strong and clear message to this and a future Government that we are not going away, we will never give up and that the fight for Justice for Yvonne continues.

The secrecy referred to in the Yvonne Fletcher case is of course relating to an entirely differ matter but reminds me of the Willie McRae case where despite multiple calls for an enquiry, decades passing and new evidence coming to light, there has been a cover up and refusal to reveal information by the Crown and Police Scotland.

The British Governments ( Labour and Tory ) have been knee-deep in the sewer of corruption , double-dealing and collusion with terrorists for countless decades . The catch-all excuse ”National Security ” should be renamed ”Cover Our Arses !”

Brings to mind Willie MaRae and the scientist who killed himself before giving evidence about (supposed) Iraq WMDs. Sorry I can’t remember his name but BBC radio4 did a prog about his mysterious death many years ago, an SAS in disguise who explained, in his view, what happened and how it wasn’t that unusual. What a world, it stinks.

I read a book some years ago which alleged that the Thatcher Govt of the 1980’s was clandestinely supplying Iraq with the means to produce bacteriological weapons. At that time, Iraq was at loggerheads with Iran. It was all done via some German channel, but of course, in those days ‘The West’ had military bases there. The ‘soup’ as it was called was developed at Porton Down and David Kelly held a senior post there. What a tangled web is woven by Govts especially those who like to paint themselves as ‘the good guys’.
There is also a book called ‘The Strange Death of David Kelly’ by Norman Baker.

Hm thanks, interesting. There was also a case of a woman scientist(?) who was found mysteriously dead (murdered by a burglar apparently) at her home in I think rural Cumbria, she’d been doing some research on Nuclear power or something(?). I can’t remember her name but it was all very suspect indeed. I think she had info which some people did not wish to be revealed…it was a sad case. Wish I could remember her name.

More on the “openly jewish” ruckus: from The BBC News website: ‘Rishi Sunak says he has confidence in Met Police chief after protest row’.
The article notes: ‘New footage of the exchange published by Sky News on Sunday shows Mr Falter (head of the Campaign Against Antisemitism) telling officers he wanted to get to an area on the other side of where pro-Palestinian protesters were marching in London on 13 April.
‘Police officers do not let him pass and instead offer to escort him via another route, avoiding the protesters, so he will be “completely safe”.
The BBC article also reports former Home Secretary Suella Braverman saying: ‘the police had taken sides at the protest, telling BBC Radio 4’s Today programme: “If this march was peaceful, why was a Jewish man NOT ABLE TO CROSS THE STREET PEACEFULLY?” (my emphasis)
One must assume that Ms Braverman has never attempted to cross a Glasgow street when it’s occupied by an Orange Walk! It wouldn’t need a police officer to prevent her passing through that kind of march, the marchers themselves would react to prevent it – politely and ‘peacefully’ of course!

Noteworthy were the number of the guy’s minders, presumably also trying to ‘cross the road’… 🙄

Diplomatic Immunity.
The West unleashed illegal war on Libya and Iraq. They destroyed both countries. Totally illegally. There were no weapons of mass destruction. Both countries were trying to modernise. To be more equal, socialist and secular.
The West wanted the Oil. Corruption and secrecy at Westminster. Selling weapons illegally to Saudi Arabia since 1960’s. Fuelling the fire. Kept secret under the Official Secrets Act. Westminster unionist politicians benefit in illegal gains. Monies in a suitcase for politicians and royalty. Corruption.
Iraq and Lockerbie kept secret for 100 years.

Another year and another St George’s day video from Keir Starmer.
He is English and he is celebrating his country’s patron saint….no problem.
However watching the video and listening to him ,as in the images used and the words spoken, produces a sense of irritation as in the video he seems to be equating some things British with being English only.
Such as…….. when he states ” Moments in my life when I have been proud to be English”……he lists personal things then he goes onto speaking about his role as Labour leader “meeting people in Towns, villages and Cities around our country from every background and every circumstance…..who all share the same sense of decency , honour and fairness it’s a daily reminder of what the Labour party is and who it serves“…..remember this is a video celebrating England….not Britain….but only England alone yet Starmer is committed it seems to his party serving only them, England, as a country…..good to know in the next GE who Scotland should vote for then.
Keir Starmer did not add any proviso that England, as part of Britain, is who his party helps serve.…but instead clumsily spelled it out to back up his recent article in the Daily Torygraph….that “Labour is now the true party of English Patriotism”…….(meanwhile Scots must be British Patriots only…pass it on…or Labour will do it for you…LOL)
He then equates who it was that was responsible for “establishing NATO and to creating the NHS” ?…..Labour party or England ?….as this is supposed to be a St George’s day video…..but somehow the video become muddied with politics and supposed patriotism connected to the English patron saint…….how opportunistic of him and disingenuous too. (However he, Starmer, forgot to note when talking about Labour who it is was, and his nationality, who founded them as a political party….LOL)
The video then goes onto him explaining what Patriotism is about….as apparently it is all about Labour values “of our country and it’s people” (he does realise that if he is the next UK PM he will be serving, as PM, more than just the people in England ?) He then explains that this to him is what “real patriotism is about…serving the country we love“…..but what country is he referring to, has to be England, as this is a video celebrating England’s Patron Saint….but once again I note that as the next potential UK PM he will be expected, as PM, to serve his Britain/UK not just serve his own country as in England…..or will he ?
But wait it gets worse…when he talks about “serving the country we love” the video then shows two elderly men wearing medals….who one assumes fought in a World war which as a war was fought by …..Britain….not just England……(I mean this is a rookie mistake you expect from GB News or some far right movement who equate everything done as Britain as being only done by the English).
He notes “shared history” but fails to mention who shared the history with England and also that England shared that history as part of his beloved state aka Britain…..as that would spoil his obvious target audience from whom he hopes to gain votes from in the next GE ….aka the real king makers in Britain who decides who becomes any UK government…..as in those under the banner of EVEL.
He ends with asking people in England to be “confident on the world stage”….other nations in the UK need not be it seems……indeed one would think he was vying to be the next PM of England ……instead of someone who should, in the context of being perhaps the next UK PM , be seen as a neutral figure that may rightly send out a message stating ‘Happy St George’s day” instead of promoting what very much seems like a narrative that all achievements made and all events participated in….. were solely English and not British examples of achievements and participation.
BTW I heard his video message for St Andrew’s day was going be “You’re British not Scottish” which will also include a message “You’re nothing without England”……LOL
This is why people like him love to downgrade our, Scotland’s, status to that of a region and not a country but he will never attempt to do the same for England…..his, Starmer’s, St George’s day video makes that abundantly clear…..so if you vote for Labour in the next GE you do so to enable Starmer to become a PM for the UK in name only…..but in his heart and head he will be a English PM first and foremost.
Vote SNP in the next GE to give a voice and representation for Scotland on our journey towards achieving independence….and also us getting a Scottish PM only….LOL
