…….and that is the objective is it not……we also saw it with the Post office scandal….where the Horizon system was not a system agreed to and then rolled out by the SNP as when that system was first implemented they, the SNP, were not even the Scottish government at the time (but where like everything else instigated by other political parties the SNP ,as Scottish government, gets dragged into yet another mess others have made in the past based on bad decisions)…..like where UK government ministers, like Ed Davey who was the Postal Affairs minister at the time, as part of the Lib Dem/Tory coalition UK government, he took the easy way out when approached to investigate concerns by Sub Postmasters….. he made no real effort or made any decision that would have then seen justice for those Postmasters long before now.…instead he simply (willingly) accepted what the managers (Bosses) said to him was true (so sweep sweep under the carpet it went as a complaint by ‘workers’)……and thus then allowed the injustice and tragic situation to continue…….it was reported that so far….he, Davey, has not apologised for the (lack of) actions he took then….indeed to listen to him now you would think he too was a victim of the Post office’s duplicity….a victim ?…..minus the financial and reputational ruin ……but now his past lack of diligence (laziness and lack of concern for justice) has caught up with him….and I believe one ex Deputy Postmistress is standing against him, Ed Davey, at the next GE….stating he, Davey. “Must be challenged”……
As to Jack McConnell….remember when he was the one who appointed Donald Trump as ‘Ambassador for Scotland’ and was quoted at the time in stating “”This is a good bit of business for all concerned.”……yet years later on an episode of BBC QT Piers Morgan (another clueless one on Scottish politics) attributed that it was Alex Salmond , leader of the SNP and FM at the time, who had done this……..once more another example of the SNP being blamed for decisions made by others (Pro UK political parties)……….
As to the media…..their hope is that “viewers” are clueless as to dates as in who was actually in power at the times of specific tragic incidents or scandals and thus their reporting does much to suggest the culpability and sole responsibility now lies with the SNP as the current Scottish government (for past occurrences prior to their taking office……which basically boils down to them, the media, stating…on a loop…. ‘Why have the SNP, so far, not righted the wrongs done by other political parties’ ) while Pro UK parties in Scotland demand that the SNP, as Scottish government , adopt a ‘Rob Peter to pay Paul’ strategy as part of a mitigation exercise to offset the Tory UK government’s bad practices via cruel and devastating ‘Reserved policies’ and powers that have a hugely detrimental impact upon Scotland..….meanwhile the Tories at HQ are still trying to feast off Corbyn once being leader of the Labour party….but forgetting he was ONLY a leader of the Opposition and not the UK PM while Labour here in Scotland and their HQ accuse the SNP of many SUPPOSED failures while simultanously excusing their colleagues in Wales of ACTUAL worst failures , which they Labour here and at HQ, attribute solely to the UK government……as per part of the ongoing Pro UK stitch up that is infecting both Pro UK politics and media….and where we , in Scotland, are supposed to believe that the SNP, as a government , are somehow the exception to the rule compared to other governments within the UK.…as in the SNP always being to blame and also always being #SNPBAD………….but where excuses made for other political parties as governments within their UK…….
Truth hurts…hence why Pro UK politicians and the media do their utmost to ensure truth never gets out in Scotland….and that is the REAL scandal (ongoing)….hence why many in Scotland seek independence for Scotland…to stop the rot that comes with still being a part of their UK…. VOTE SNP at the next GE and campaign, support and vote for Scottish independence……simples !

It defeats me how still some Scots consider being part of this odious Union and listening to the levels of incompetence and corruption emanating from our Union friends in the South believe this is the best we can be.

The people of Scotland are not so easily fooled. They keep in voting SNP with massive electoral victories. Seeing through the Westminster and Press corruption and lies.
D’Houdt and STV imposed by unionists to try and keep their foot in the door. First preference votes go in the bin to let 3rd rate losers in. They cannot be got rid. There is a quota. Yet the SNP keep on getting elected. Despite all the odds. The unionists then try to gang up to keep them out, to swart democracy.
People who support Independence need to go out and vote. A higher turnout. To keep the unionists out. Once again.

The way the Trump affair was reported was a nonsense. The project was supported by the locals, the region and the rest of Scotland. It was a small group of Greens who were the opposition who tried to galvanise support. The local and regional support were represented by the Scottish Gov who called it in. Supported by the majority of the locals and regional support.
The warped version is still being regurgitated out, The Greens blocked the AWPR for years causing traffic chaos. They blocked the expansion of the airport for International flights, causing more expense and time for travellers. Alex Salmond had to sort it out.
The Greens never think things through. Recycling. Airbnbs. Apposed necessary roads and bridges. Travel passes on the trams are denied. Leading to more bus journeys to the Airport. Quicker.

Uk/England HQ’d Labour legacy in Scotland, reverberates, and that is what they rely on, people not knowing just how much they shafted Scotland, and most certainly they were not working in the interests of the people of Scotland, to say the least.
People need reminding about just how much, sorry, how Labour did absolutely zilch for Scotland, but they plundered Scotland’s resources and plunged Scotland into £billions of debt to this day, via their PFI sheme, a massive scam on the country. Many new to Scotland do not have a scoobie about Labours’ terrible legacy and the English establishments’ ‘union’ legacy, resulting in short life expectancy, drug addiction galore, poverty, terrible housing, no prospects for young people, denying women in Glasgow equal pay, neglecting Scotland’s dire infrastructure needs, sending £billions back to the English government saying ‘nothing to spend it on in Scotland’. Not education, health and social care, housing,
infrastructure, nope, absolutely ‘NOTHING’! It’s a VERY long list indeed.
SNP need to remind/inform people, or lose seats and be taken over by a BritNat party, again destroying every single policy the SNP have introduced to attempt to repair the terrible damage of the ‘union’ over decades, and more so since the Scottish oil was ‘discovered’.

It is being reported that Talk TV (mini me version or Tribute act of GB News…take your pick) is being shut down as losses mount….and it will instead be moved online (streaming)….oh dear what a shame….
GB News has also been reported as suffering big losses…oh dear what a shame …….so what it’s fate will be I do not know….will some of those currently employed at Talk TV as ‘propaganda artists’ disguised as ‘presenters’ try to move into GB News….well that may be, for them, an ‘out of the frying pan into the fire’ bad move….if their, GB News, losses also end up seeing them reconsidering their position as a TV/Radio channel….and thus also going online too…..and proves that the news they broadcast is not to the taste of the majority…..but instead only satisfies a (very narrow minded) niche type of audience.
So once more Karma appears….and life seems to not be all bad…..mind you the BBC could employ them….as similar goals and style of reporting (though they, the BBC, do like to add a smokescreen to try and fool us that they are balanced , trustworthy and non partisan….though thank God we can see through it)
So that’s one down…possibly may also be two….so who else in the pro UK ‘media’ should also fall…..suggestions I am sure would be abundant …..seems that a lack of honesty really does not PAY !

Michelle Donelan, the Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology, has today tweeted a full retraction of her false allegations about Professor Kate Sang and agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to her.

Indeed ‘an undisclosed sum’ with an excuse that “The sum paid was covered by taxpayers to prevent prolonged legal costs”….very nice (for her and the Tories…..for us not so much)….so why did taxpayers have to pay….what did we do in this that made it necessary for our money to be used to cover her stupidity …… in what the academic said was done by Ms Donelan only for an opportunity to attack her, Prof Sang, all just to make a “cheap political point”.
A Downing Street source said Prime Minister Rishi Sunak had “full confidence” in “excellent minister” Ms Donelan……well of course they would say that as it seems to be still the case that picking duds as Tory ministers is par for the course….and far be it for them to even entertain the idea of her resigning….as that is something the Tories see as only a choice (constantly) the Scottish government should have to make.
Reminiscent of the Priti Patel incident is it not where she paid a £340,000 settlement with ex-Home Office chief Philip Rutnam…….after claims that he was forced out of his job for intervening in her alleged bullying of fellow staff…..Sir Philip said Home Office staff had come to him with allegations against Ms Patel, including “shouting and swearing” and “belittling people”…….Boris Johnson’s standards chief Sir Alex Allan found that she had – but the PM rejected his findings and kept her in post. Sir Alex resigned in response…..I am sure he, Boris, also had “full confidence” in her, Patel, being an “excellent minister”…..more tax payers money used for more stupidity from another dud as minister….to match the dud that was PM.
Breaking a ministerial code….forget it….I mean only in Scotland do we hear Dross and his band of grievance mongers Tory MSP’s declare to our government’s ministers the word….”Resign”…..while covering up for their own at HQ.
Is there nothing the Tories can do that is right ?…..seems that is a big fat NO !

The supposed unofficial but yet uncannily considered (by us) as the official spokesperson for the Labour party in Scotland (and HQ too) media hack Paul Hutcheon of The Daily Record tweeted in Feb this year “The Scottish Child payment is going up by a paltry £1.70 a week as a result of the SNP/Green budget”
So Paul how does that compare to the Labour welsh one ?
What ?…..they do not have one !
In fact last year in October it was noted that “Introducing a weekly child payment system for poor families would be “transformational”, according to Wales’ children’s commissioner”.
Plus also last year….further input on Wales lack of action on poverty impacting children……
Prof Danny Dorling, of Oxford University, said the Scottish payment was the most significant attempt to tackle child poverty seen anywhere in Europe since the fall of the Berlin Wall.
He said “”It is clearly the most direct way to help people,” …..( Tell Paul as he seems to be arguing that a recent increase in the Scottish child payment is “paltry” , thus tis somehow not helping child poverty….mind you he would say that as he is Labour’s man in the media in Scotland)
The Welsh government’s defence on this was in them stating: “Unlike Scotland, the Welsh government does not have the legislative powers to enable us to make a payment similar to the Scottish Child Payment, as powers over social security remain with the UK government…..
BUT….according to Prof Dorling…..he said it could be brought in….. as in a similar child payment scheme….. in Wales…… perhaps, he said, “paid via councils, if ministers wanted to do so”…….and he also said “In Scotland it began with only £10 a week and only for children under the age of six, and if it were to happen in Wales, I would expect it would begin, first of all with that. It’s really not a question of money.”
Plaid Cymru spokeswoman for social justice and equalities said in January 2024 “One in three children in Wales are living in poverty” (But Paul wants us in Scotland to think Scotland has the worst record and most child poverty and that our government are not addressing it in an appropriate or in a sufficient enough manner…so how come he fails to compare and contrast with measures the Welsh Labour government are (not) doing to reduce child poverty….well that would be because he …..can’t).
So really all Paul Hutcheon is doing and saying is (yet again) ….wheesht for Labour…..but unfortunately for Paul and Labour…..we on here and elsewhere do not have to…..so as he constantly and excessively dishes it out against the SNP then we respond by then dishing it (back) to Labour (and Paul too)…and also the Tories as well as they are very much complicit and responsible for causing all of the child poverty within their UK are they not……I mean fair’s fair (but not for Paul and Labour it seems)…..and same goes for other pro UK parties as well……as they don’t do fairness do they…as that would then expose their duplicity, complicity, culpability and also their own dire record in failing to act against reducing child poverty…..where THEY govern……as they all constantly just declare #SNPBAD to try and obscure their own dismal performances in government……
“Facts are a stubborn thing”…..and they , facts, are also not what we get from Labour hacks like Paul Hutcheon or indeed from the Labour party either….for reasons all too obvious.

BTW talking of “Extremists” as it seems to be the Pro UK political and media’s current favourite obsession (aka othering)….Tory peer Baroness Jacqueline Foster has apologised & paid damages after alleging a University Challenge mascot was anti-Semitic.…the mascot was a….‘toy octopus’ (wrote toy in case some thought it was a real Octopus LOL)…….she, Baroness Foster claimed the mascot was chosen as a “Hate symbol”…..
Now is she not then someone who has extreme opinions…….I mean Octopuses are considered to be really smart…while some Tory Politicians, including Peers, are considered to be the opposite….but an interesting fact is that Octopuses have blue blood….. and well ….so do Tories……another uncanny similarity between Octopuses and Tories is that they both use camouflage to try and escape danger and attack…..an Octopus uses it to try and escape a predator and a Tory uses it to try and escape criticism and accountability from their opponents….another strange fact about Octopuses is that apparently they can squeeze into anything while the Tories try to squeeze out of everything…like accountability, responsibility etc etc
