I’d be ashamed to have to offer this level of evidence unless I was writing one of my much disregarded mock-up/spoof/satires.
Are XL Bullies fully banned in England?

Talking-up Scotland 'Albatraz' 
They’re only going to make the breed much more of a ‘token gesture’ of bravado and street cred’.
Sounds like another media ploy to antagonise and provoke we Scots into taking aim at the Scottish Government to ‘also ban XL bullies’. If it’s not the humble staffie getting short shrift, it’s the larger breeds, whereas the ‘designer fur babies’ with fancy names, and even fancier clothes, suit the manicured, coiffured, large eyebrows brigade.
Unscrupulous puppy farmers traffic pups. Doubt if they would make the ‘move’ to Scotland to keep pumping out the pups.
I know of a gamekeeper who is a puppy farmer. He has a wifey bring a wide variety of pups from the south to the ‘halfway house’ where he and his sidekicks distribute them. His own ‘working’ gun dogs have regular litters. He makes a fortune. His gundog litters are kennel club registered (you can only register litters with the kennel club of the disunited ‘kingdom’), he even has an affix, so this must make him an okay breeder then…it doesn’t. Most likely has at least 10 litters a year. Pups priced at £1000 – 1800 per pup (maybe more), 5 – 10 pups a litter, all kennelled. He’s also a right wing tory misogynist. Nasty person too.
‘Breeders’ are not always what they claim to be.
While others do all their research and planning and end up with c-sections, dead pups, or worse, dead dam too, leaving surviving pups that all need round the clock care and attention. They need this regardless.

Scots suffered XL bully dogs from south of the border long prior to the Treaty of Union was signed.
We’ve already seen the recent effects of inter-breeding in Scotland, DRoss, and SKerry-teeth to name but two, surviving despite diminished intellectual incapacity with assistance from Scotland’s ‘bought’ media’s promotion.
This particular propaganda scam is being promoted in the Torygraph/sorry-Telegraph, the Scorrish Sun, STV, so pardon my mirth at the contrivance…
