Swinson Team FAIL to leapfrog Scottish Tories into second place far behind unassailable SNP

Why don’t they like me? I’m friendly.

For the Times by YouGov on 17-18 September with 138 Scots adults (no 16/17-year-olds):

  • Con        19%
  • Lab         10%
  • LD           13%
  • SNP        42%
  • Brexit    11%
  • Green    4%

Though able to just leapfrog Labour in the UK (23% to 21%) the Swinson Surge fails to reach London, Midlands, Wales or the North of England and, in Scotland, leaves them in 3rd place on less than one-third of the SNP vote.
